  • the website for CHARMS is www.charmsoffice.com
  • our school code is LCNorthHSB
  • your password is your student id number (or if you can't log in with that, try your student id number followed by the first three letters of your last name, no spaces, all lower case) although you are welcome to change it once you have logged in.
  • in CHARMS you can view a calendar of events, your child's financial accounts (including fundraising credits), forms due, etc

MAKING PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL

  • once in CHARMS you can easily view your student's financial status for things like trips, camps, etc and make credit or debit card payments through PayPal
  • PayPal charges a 3% surcharge for usage so when you click on Make a Trip Payment, for example, it will ask you for the amount of your payment and will automatically calculate a 3% fee which shows up as a "3% donation"
  • It will then direct you to your PayPal account (or prompt you to set one up if you don't currently have one) and you will notice that the amount being charged to your debit or credit card is the payment due to us plus the additional 3%
  • once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment and you will see your payment applied to your child's ledger on CHARMS

Of course, you always still have the option of paying by check in order to avoid the 3% fee. Checks can be dropped off in the mailbox in the band room near the office or mailed to the p.o. box (LCHSN Band Boosters P.O. Box 366 New Baltimore, MI 48047)
