LCN D R U M L I N E & Front Ensemble
LCN Percussion!
The Indoor Percussion Ensemble combines elements of music performance, marching and theater. Students work together to perform highly advanced percussion arrangements in coordination with choreographed drill on a customized floor covering. This ensemble competes January through March in local MCGC (Michigan Color Guard Circuit) and WGI (Winter Guard International) events.
L'Anse Creuse High School - North formed its' first team in 2014 under the leadership of Mr. David Mety & Mr. Ryan Thibodeau. LCN Percussion placed first in all four competitions and brought home the silver medal and trophy at the MCGC State Championships held at Saginaw Valley State University. The impressive inaugural season was rewarded by LCN Percussion being promoted from Regional A to Scholastic A for the 2015 season.
